Working with KIOGRAMME (an animation studio based in Manchester) Myself and the TFGM marketing and design teams kept in close contact with their animation team to keep their artwork as close to the original design guidelines as possible, using my original none-animated designs and illustrations. Below are the fantastic results that KILOGRAMME achieved which (I felt) kept as close as possible to the original look and feel of Noel the Elf.
